The focus is on complex generics, specialty medicines, injectables, and biosimilars, built around smart product licensing models and best-in-class manufacturing partnerships. The business launches products continuously, expands into new markets year on year, and invests heavily in product lifecycle management.The OpportunityThis role sits at the heart of the company’s product engine.As a Senior Pharmaceutical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of pharmaceutical products from development through registration, launch, and into commercial life. You will coordinate cross-functional internal teams and global external partners to ensure products move forward at pace, on budget, and with clear, timely decision-making.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants real responsibility rather than a narrow coordination function.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive pharmaceutical product projects end-to-endBuild and manage project plans, timelines, and key milestonesCoordinate Regulatory, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teamsManage external partners including CMOs and CDMOsProactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecksDrive decision-making and remove barriers to progressManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial milestonesSupport global regulatory submissions and product launchesPrepare materials for governance and senior stakeholder meetingsTravel internationally to manufacturing and partner sites as requiredExperience & BackgroundMSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or similar disciplineMBA is an advantage but not essential10+ years’ experience managing pharmaceutical products or projectsProven experience taking products through regulated development to launchStrong understanding of complex generics, injectables, or biosimilarsSolid knowledge of global regulatory pathways (EMA, FDA, PMDA, LATAM)Comfortable operating across functions, geographies, and culturesCommercially minded, decisive, and delivery-focusedThrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environmentsWhy This Role Stands OutGenuine ownership of products, not just coordinationGlobal exposure across a wide range of marketsFast decision-making with minimal bureaucracyA stable but growing pipeline with continuous launchesBacking of a global organisation with the agility of a scale-upA clear step up for experienced pharmaceutical project managers
