Data Governance and Compliance LeadLocation: Hybrid in Barcelona | Employment Type: PermanentRED Global is looking for a Data Governance and Compliance Lead to join one of its clients. In this role, you will shape and manage the client's data governance strategy. You'll leverage leading tools like Informatica, Snowflake, and Power BI to enhance data quality, compliance, and decision-making processes. Collaborating across IT, legal, and data privacy teams, you will ensure the client's data assets are aligned with industry regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enforce a comprehensive data governance framework using Informatica tools.- Lead the integration of technologies like Master Data, Snowflake, and Power BI to optimise data analytics and reporting.- Maintain policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.- Conduct audits, mitigate data risks, and guide the adoption of best practices.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or compliance.- Expertise in Informatica, Snowflake, Power BI, and related tools.- Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA.- Leadership and cross-functional team management experience.- Right to work in Spain- Availability to be in the office, 2 days per week (Barcelona)If interested please share your updated CV with ********@redglobal.com
