Full Stack Software Engineer (Native / Kotlin)Ayúdanos a revolucionar el delivery en EspañaEnFLiiTS , estamos transformando la última milla para gigantes como Glovo o Uber Eats, y buscamos a un/a Full Stack Engineer con talento, autonomía y pasión por resolver problemas reales a escala.Somos una startup nacida en Barcelona con grandes planes de expansión. Queremos escalar rápido, pero con solidez: tecnología de calidad, decisiones inteligentes y un equipo de primer nivel.TU MISIÓNFormarás parte de un equipo técnico ágil, comprometido y con mentalidad de producto, donde cada línea de código tiene impacto directo en la experiencia de miles de usuarios y repartidores.¿Qué harás?Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener nuestras apps móviles (React Native) y web (React).Construir APIs robustas y escalables con Kotlin + Spring Boot.Participar en decisiones técnicas clave y aportar ideas desde el primer día.Asegurar la calidad del código con buenas prácticas, testing y CI/CD.Colaborar con producto, operaciones y diseño para construir soluciones efectivas.Contribuir al crecimiento del sistema en AWS, usando Docker, PostgreSQL, Terraform y Jenkins.¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?No buscamos al "candidato perfecto", sino a alguien con ganas de aprender, crecer y dejar huella.Requisitos principales:2-3 años de experiencia como full stack.Experiencia con React / React Native y backend en Kotlin/Spring.Conocimiento de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL ideal).Experiencia con contenedores (Docker) y CI/CD.Mentalidad analítica, resolutiva y autónoma.Familiaridad con entornos cloud (idealmente AWS).Inglés profesional (funcional, no perfecto).Valoramos aún más si tienes:Experiencia en startups o entornos de alto crecimiento.Conocimiento de infraestructura como código (Terraform).Ganas de aprender y ayudar a crecer a otros.¿QUÉ OFRECEMOS?Ser parte de una de las startups con mayor proyección en el delivery.Entorno joven, colaborativo y dinámico.Aprendizaje continuo y crecimiento profesional real.Modelo híbrido: oficina en Barcelona + remoto 2 días/semana.Salario competitivo + bonus según rendimiento.Cultura transparente, horizontal y basada en la confianza.¿Te interesa?Escríbenos ao postúlate directamente por LinkedIn.Queremos conocerte y contarte más sobre lo que estamos construyendo
