Descubra si es el candidato adecuado leyendo la descripción completa a continuación.Quantion is a Business Digital Transformation services company founded in 2015 and part of the Astek Group group operating in more than 25 countries with over 10,000 employees worldwide.Our team is specialized in application development, UX/UI, and digital business transformation, focused on building innovative solutions that drive measurable business results.We combine our teams in cutting‑edge technologies and digital deep experiences with the innovation ecosystem, to ensure that we can provide the best solution to face business challenges, from its concept to its implementation.We are looking for a SCRUM MASTER to join our Tech Team.What will you do?You will be an ambassador for agile values and teach an agile mindset and agile frameworksYou will guiding and coaching product teams and support Product Owners to deliver continuous customer valueYou will be a servant leader with a strong hands‑on mentality – whatever impediments there might be for the product team, I will be there to remove themYou will be a collaborator by heart, with a strong sense of empathy, and equipped with extraordinary communication skills helping me to overcome any conflictYou will be driven by continuous improvement and fostering new, creative solutionsYou will work pragmatically and support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions with speedYou will be an active member of the Lufthansa Group Agile CommunityWhat you will need:At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working in an agile teamAgile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross‑functional teamsKnowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and KanbanWillingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving itVery good command of the English language#J-18808-Ljbffr
