Extensive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast‑paced, high‑volume restaurant within a lifestyle hotel- A passion for authentic hospitality and storytelling that creates memorable guest experiences- A creative and curious mindset- A motivating and empowering leadership style that thrives in multicultural and energetic teams- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a keen eye for organization and detail- Fluency in English and Spanish, with German as a plus - the more languages, the better Strategic & operational placement and management of the new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc restaurant-In charge of smooth daily operations & exceeding our and the NENI Franchises' high-quality standards, while steadily improving the product & guest experience-Supplier & order management according to the NENI Operations Manual-Conduct job interviews, recruit and train the restaurant team in collaboration with the human resources department.
