We're currently searching for a Field Service Technician , with main functions including: Customer Service: Ensuring the efficient performance of services delivered to our customers worldwide Providing the field activities when requested: supervision of installation, testing, commissioning and training's Execute the audits and maintenance jobs Support to Sales and Contract execution: Support to Sales Engineer on substation surveys and permissions to site access Being attentive to identify new business opportunities: sale of spare-parts, repairs, on‑site services, modernization's, retrofits, training's and maintenance contracts Support on the management of stock of spare parts and tools. Technical degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Technician (or Engineering) or related Electrical hazards and safety training; Maintenance; Protections and control of electrical equipment Experience on installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment. Ideally with experience on maintenance and on DC traction substations English and French fluent.
