Buscamos un / a Senior Backend & Cloud Engineer para una scaleup SaaS B2B en crecimiento, con un rol de liderazgo técnico en el día a día , muy cercano al desarrollo y a la ejecución. La posición reporta al Head of IT, quien lidera la visión de producto tecnológico y arquitectura. Este rol nace para reforzar la parte técnica y de infraestructura , bajando a tierra esa visión y asegurando que la plataforma se construye y escala de forma sólida. No es una posición de dirección ni de estrategia organizativa, sino un rol senior, hands-on y de referencia técnica . El reto Ser referente técnico en backend y cloud dentro del equipo. Participar activamente en el desarrollo, diseño y evolución del backend. Aportar criterio en decisiones de infraestructura, escalabilidad y rendimiento , trabajando con equipos especializados cuando sea necesario. Asegurar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, calidad de código y estabilidad de la plataforma. Colaborar estrechamente con producto y arquitectura para bajar a tierra las decisiones técnicas. Acompañar y dar soporte técnico a otros developers en el día a día. Requisitos :
