We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Sales Support specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting B2B client accounts in the electronic security distribution sector, providing technical expertise, solving customer issues, and fostering strong long-term relationships. JOB DUTIES: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated client accounts in the EMEA region. Provide advice on the selection, installation, and configuration of electronic security products (cameras, alarms, access control systems, etc.). Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and supplying timely solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to address customer needs. Conduct project analysis together with the customer. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and technical documentation. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions. Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and security standards.
