(Senior) Process Expert Serialization

As part of the SAP Supply Chain Compliance department our Business Process Management (BPM) Team plays a vital role in shaping process excellence and ensuring compliance across the company. Focused on serialization and track & trace we enable seamless integration of processes into the global supply chain helping the business fulfill both regulatory and market-driven demands. As a (Senior) Process Expert (m / f / d) you will take a pivotal role in identifying and reviewing new business requirements. Leveraging your strong process analysis skills you will define and shape new or enhanced business processes that deliver real value. Acting as a connector between international stakeholders - such as production and market units warehouses external supply chain partners and IT experts - you will support the successful implementation of processes at locations worldwide. In this role you will also contribute to the recently launched multi-year program shifting our current serialization process and system landscape to a modern SAP S / 4HANA basis giving you the opportunity to be part of one of the companys most significant digital transformation initiatives. Your assignments Analyze and visualize existing business processes mainly SAP serialization / Track&Trace Review and evaluate demands for new processes or process enhancements submitted by internal or external stakeholders often regulatory driven Stay updated on international standards industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance Identify and describe new or changed requirements for business processes Conceptualize describe and visualize future business processes Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to roll out global projects following the Computerized System Validation (CSV) Prepare and execute process / application tests mainly in SAP Provide training and support to internal stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and adherence to procedures Your profile Completed masters degree or diploma in supply chain management business administration or a related field Experience and understanding of serialization / Track&Trace processes within pharmaceutical industry Practical experience in process management and visualization of business processes (e.g. Signavio Symbio) Practical experience in a regulated industry environment (e.g. GxP GAMP 5 CSV) would be an advantage Practical knowledge of handling SAP (e.g. modules OER and ATTP); very good knowledge of MS Office 365 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess complex IT driven processes Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with international teams and external partners Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging digitalization technologies and industry trends Fluent in English; German would be an advantage Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
