Position Overview As a Solution Architect SAP Authorization & Compliance you will design and implement secure authorization frameworks and ensure compliance across all SAP solutions at Fresenius Kabi. You will act as the technical expert for SAP Authorization Design, providing leadership in implementation projects and serving as a control instance for operational maintenance. By collaborating with other Solution Architects and cross‑functional teams you will create comprehensive future‑oriented IT solutions that strengthen compliance maintainability and business value. Key Responsibilities Design SAP authorization and compliance solutions as part of proposals and cost estimates in collaboration with other Solution Architects. Govern and review solutions developed by the SAP Application Team, ensuring quality maintainability and alignment with approved budgets. Provide technical leadership for international project teams during implementation projects. Monitor solution implementation and introduce operational quality assurance measures. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of services and processes. Conduct risk assessments in your area of responsibility and define or recommend countermeasures. Support IT housekeeping activities such as periodic reviews. Represent the team in management meetings, committees and cross‑functional working groups. Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, customers and external groups on SAP authorization topics. Contribute to the further development of SAP Application Team members in coordination with your superior. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Logistics or a related field. Minimum 3 years of process knowledge with strong expertise in SAP authorizations. Experience with SAP Test Automation and solid understanding of SAP ERP architecture. Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) and portfolio management. Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, EudraLex vol. 4 Annex 11); ISPE training certificate is an advantage. Experience working with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office tools. Proven background in project work (SCRUM, Agile, V‑Model). Strong intercultural awareness and experience in global matrixed organizations. Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, conflict‑resolution and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel to a moderate extent.
