Dentro de esta misión, el puesto Head of Ethics & Compliance es clave para garantizar los más altos estándares de integridad y cumplimiento normativo.
Responsabilidades- Liderazgo Estratégico: Definir y ejecutar el plan estratégico para la función de cumplimiento, alineándolo con la misión, visión y los riesgos de la organización.
- Supervisión del Cumplimiento: Implementar y mantener el programa de cumplimiento, asegurando una gestión integral y la capacidad de defender nuestras prácticas ante reguladores y auditores externos.
- Gestión y Control de Riesgos: Identificar riesgos de ética y cumplimiento para el Grupo CEPSA, asegurando que la matriz de control de riesgos corporativos esté actualizada.
- Desarrollo de Políticas y Procedimientos: Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos para abordar riesgos clave en toda la organización.
- Canal de Integridad y Gestión de Incidentes: Supervisar la gestión del canal de ética y reportar a los comités correspondientes.
- Concienciación sobre Ética y Cumplimiento: Promover un tono ético desde la alta dirección y diseñar campañas de concienciación sobre ética y cumplimiento.
- Supervisión del Cumplimiento en Joint Ventures: Supervisar las funciones de cumplimiento en Joint Ventures, garantizando la alineación con los estándares de cumplimiento de CEPSA.
- Informes: Definir y gestionar informes periódicos de alto impacto para el Comité Ejecutivo y otros interesados.
- Gestión de Relaciones con Stakeholders: Establecer, mantener y desarrollar relaciones con stakeholders internos y externos.
- Experiencia: Al menos 15 años de experiencia profesional, con más de 10 años liderando unidades de cumplimiento, preferiblemente en el sector energético.
- Identificación Normativa: Capacidad para identificar y comprender las normativas aplicables a diversos programas de cumplimiento.
- Conocimiento en Riesgos y Control Interno: Amplio conocimiento de metodologías de identificación y evaluación de riesgos y de sistemas de control interno.
- Comunicación e Influencia: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Visión Estratégica y Liderazgo: Experiencia en establecer una visión y estrategia globales, con fuertes habilidades de liderazgo.
