Como parte del equipo de IT, tu misión será la de garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad de la información de la compañía, coordinar auditorías, liderar proyectos de ciberseguridad y actuar como punto de enlace entre los diferentes departamentos internos, proveedores y el Grupo Kingfisher. ¿Cómo lo harás? Tus responsabilidades clave incluirán: 1. Auditoría y cumplimiento: Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las auditorías de seguridad internas y externas, incluida la auditoría interna con el departamento de Auditoría. Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas y estándares aplicables definidos por el Grupo. Supervisar la correcta aplicación del NIIS 2 en la organización y coordinar su implantación con los departamentos implicados. 2. Gestión de proyectos de ciberseguridad: Gestionar proyectos de seguridad tanto internos como con proveedores, garantizando la correcta planificación, ejecución y cierre. Colaborar con el equipo técnico para el desarrollo y seguimiento de proyectos vinculados a la seguridad. 3. Coordinación interna y externa: Coordinar y alinear a los diferentes departamentos de la empresa involucrados en temas de seguridad (IT, Legal, Operaciones, RRHH, etc.). Gestionar la relación con proveedores especializados en seguridad y garantizar que sus actuaciones cumplan con las políticas internas. Colaborar estrechamente con el departamento Legal en los temas que se considere necesario, sobretodo por temas de datos y de cumplimiento normativo. 4. Relación con el Grupo: Gestionar la comunicación con el Grupo en materia de seguridad de la información. Recopilar, interpretar y aplicar las directrices que el Grupo establece. Asegurar la implementación correcta y puntual de los requisitos definidos por el Grupo en la organización local. ¿Qué te hará triunfar en Brico Depôt? Capacidad de coordinación transversal entre departamentos. Organización, planificación y seguimiento de tareas. Comunicación clara con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos. Capacidad de gestión con proveedores y relación institucional con el Grupo. Proactividad y capacidad para entender y aplicar políticas corporativas de seguridad. Conocimientos o interés en marcos de ciberseguridad y normativas ISO (valorable). Actitud proactiva, trabajo en equipo y compromiso con la mejora continua. Requisitos mínimos Formación en Sistemas, Ciberseguridad o similares (no es imprescindible una formación técnica especializada). Interés y/o experiencia en proyectos de seguridad de la información, auditorías o cumplimiento normativo. Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares o proyectos con diferentes stakeholders. Buen nivel de inglés (oral y escrito). B2-C1.
