Product Manager – Job Description SCRM – LIDL Digital Hub About the role We are looking for a new Product Manager in SCRM Lidl International Hub in Barcelona. We are an innovation hub with around 300 teammates, divided in Tribes and those in Squads. The omnichannel tribe is requiring a new Product manager for working in a multidisciplinary team of (6-10 members). The team is responsible for the IDP/SSO/CIAM product, which serves as the central Identity Provider (IdP) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solution for the STACKIT Cloud Platform.  The Product Manager role will be responsible for managing the different stakeholders in our projects. Helping the Product Owner to lead the different integrations required and coordinating all international integrations with all our stakeholders (different companies/countries/products). Ready to be part of the challenge?  In this Role, you'll get to Perform risk management to minimize project risks.  Collaborate with the good working environment within the team(s).  He/ She will create best practices driven by KPIs and Business cases.  Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.  Identify possible team problems before they become relevant and propose solutions together with the team.  Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on expectations, and timely updates on project progress.  He/she will be able to understand internal dependencies between teams and streams, internally inside the hub as externally with other departments/companies in the group.  The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project management of the integrations of the product, while the Product Owner will design and lead the team and the product roadmap.  Required Skills  Expertise in JIRA and Confluence.  Fluency in Spanish, English and German. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.  Experience in software development environments.  Comfortable with Data quality and detail mindset is a plus.  Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.  Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus. Familiarity with the Spotify Model (Squads & Chapters) would be an advantage.  Proven record as a Project Manager in multinational environments and partially remote teams.  Technical Project implementation in areas such as Identity & Access Management (IAM) workflows, Cloud Identity Governance, and secure SaaS application onboarding (SSO/MFA/SCIM).  About us Who we are  SCRM was created in 2015 with a vision of the future that foresaw "business and technology forever remaining intertwined", and a steadfast mission to guide traditional businesses towards digital evolution through their clients, data, commercial strategies and omnichannel communication.
