This is a real opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainability consulting and contribute to meaningful work that impacts companies’ ESG journeys.#As a trainee, you’ll support client projects across a range of ESG topics. Writing summaries and structured content for clientsSupporting ESG data collection and spreadsheet analysisHelping organise internal documentation and project updatesCollaborating with consultants across different ESG workstreamsYou’ll be treated like a real part of the team, not just given “intern tasks.” You don’t need to be an ESG expert when you join. We’ll support you in understanding our methodologies, frameworks, and expectations, and you’ll build confidence over time through feedback and repetition.#This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career, either currently studying or recently graduated, who wants to build experience in ESG, sustainability, or consulting.Environmental studies, social sciences, and economicsOr simply have a strong personal interest in ESGExcellent written and spoken EnglishComfort with remote work, self-direction, and weekly task deliveryClear writing skills and strong attention to detailFamiliarity with Excel/Google SheetsPrevious experience with academic or professional writing in EnglishFluency in Spanish, Portuguese or another language is a plus#A paid freelance trainee contract for 6 monthsFlexible working hours (~25 hours/week)Fully remote role, work from anywhereReal exposure to ESG consulting work, not just adminDirect mentorship from experienced consultants
