Job goal: To contribute to the technological development of Industry 4.0–oriented solutions by managing investment, automation, and robotics projects within the production plant. Ensure the timely implementation of these projects by providing technical recommendations, supervising suppliers, and guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Main Responsibilities: End-to-end management of investment projects, including the acquisition, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment Timely implementation of automation and robotics projects, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule Selection and auditing of technical suppliers, as well as supervision of technical documentation Definition of project objectives, scope, and deliverables; preparation of detailed project plans Leadership of internal and external teams, task allocation, and assurance of quality standards Identification of project risks and development of mitigation strategies Ongoing communication with stakeholders and preparation of progress reports Management of the project portfolio and support for external supplier teams Use of IT systems such as SAP for documentation and project tracking Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
