Hardware Electronics Designer - Aerospace and DefenceBe among the first 25 applicants.Sener Aerospace and Defence is a pioneering engineering company in satellite technology and equipment for space exploration and defence. We design and produce equipment and systems, including unmanned systems, for leading space agencies, governments, and companies.What you will doDetailed design of HW‑Electronics (functions or boards) for space and defence applications.Preparation of design related analysis and simulations (performance, FMEA, Parts stress).Preparation of test plans/procedures.Characterization and testing of the different designs.Support to requirement analysis activities: requirements assessment, criticality, complexity, cost‑driving analysis, requirements flow‑down.Documentation of the proposed design (design definition files).Support to other project involved areas such as Project Management, thermal & structural engineering, V&V engineering, PCB layout and design, manufacturing and integration.Participation in the company know‑how evolution of the involved discipline.Contribution to design improvements (functions, tools, user information).What we expect from youEngineering degree.High level of English.Proven experience in developing electronics (analog, power, digital, RF).Highly desirable: experience in RF and high data‑rate board design.Skills in electronic design tools: schematics capture, analysis and simulation.Knowledge of related areas (Python, C/C++, VHDL, Matlab, thermal concepts).Desirable: familiar with defence or space development standards and norms.Willingness and readiness for digital/connected industry: data analytics, process automatization, cross‑collaboration tools, model‑based engineering.Driven toward a traceable and rigorous job.Focused on teamwork: cooperative, generous, empathic.Good communication, reporting and documentation skills.Autonomous and proactive with troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilities.Interest in related areas: communications, navigation and control, software.Curious and intrinsically interested in the world around you.What we offerJoin a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team participating in technologically innovative projects at an international level.Professional development with access to a wide range of training (technical, skills, languages).Physical and emotional well‑being program: sports, workshops, medical service, physiotherapy.Flexible remuneration plan (meal card, private health insurance, daycare tickets, life and accident insurance).Flexible working hours, teleworking policy, coworking spaces.Discount portal and onboarding support for international employees.Promotion of equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion; certified as Entidad Familiarmente Responsable (EFR) and active through the Sener Foundation.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: Professional ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sener Aerospace & Defence by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
