El área de Solution Specialist se engloba dentro de la Dirección de International Services Business Unit de Telefonica Global Solutions. Su función principal es asegurar el crecimiento del negocio de los clientes con Telefonica Global Solutions llevando las soluciones tecnológicas especialistas, vanguardistas y rentables adaptadas a sus necesidades. El equipo Solution Specialist trabaja junto con los equipos comerciales y de preventa de Telefonica Global Solutions en la identificación, desarrollo y cualificación de las oportunidades con los clientes, apoyando la generación de nuevo negocio alineado con los intereses de innovación y criterios de rentabilidad de la Unidad de Negocio.
¿Cómo será tu día a día? El foco de este equipo es el desarrollo de las iniciativas de generación de negocio acordadas dentro del Plan Director de Telefonica Global Solutions para los servicios de conectividad y seguridad. Acelerar la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio con nuestros clientes trabajando para convertir contactos comerciales (leads) en oportunidades concretas. Dar soporte en el desarrollo de las oportunidades en aquellas soluciones que, por ser aún novedosas o por su complejidad, las áreas de ventas y preventa no tengan la autonomía suficiente. Como parte de la Unidad de Negocio de International Services, también prescribirá y orientará a las áreas comerciales y de preventa hacia los servicios foco de la unidad siguiendo los objetivos de ingresos y rentabilidad.
Responsabilidades:
- Coordinar junto con los equipos comerciales y de desarrollo de negocio, los eventos y workshops con clientes.
- Apoyar en la generación de nuevos contactos comerciales para aquellas soluciones que requieran una traducción de las necesidades técnicas y de negocio de los clientes con las capacidades de Telefonica Global Solutions.
- Participar en la cualificación de aquellas oportunidades donde no haya alineamiento claro aportando el criterio de rentabilidad de negocio.
- Dar soporte en la orientación tecnológica de la solución y elección dentro de las alternativas de los fabricantes.
- Ayudar al equipo de cuenta en la toma de requerimientos para asegurar que las necesidades de negocio de los clientes se trasladan a la solución propuesta.
- Apoyar en el diseño de alto nivel de la solución, en coordinación con los Centro de Competencias (también de la Unidad de Negocio) para alinear decisiones técnicas y de diseño con los criterios técnicos y operativos del área.
- Mantener relación con los principales fabricantes de soluciones de comunicaciones y servicios de seguridad para estar al día de sus evoluciones y novedades.
- Trabajar juntamente con fabricantes para asegurar alineamiento de prioridades en oportunidades según los criterios de negocio.
