PM Make Up - Carolina Herrera - Graduate Program Join Puig as a Graduate Product Manager – Makeup in the Carolina Herrera HQ department. Location: Barcelona Contract: 1 year (Internship) Responsibilities Support Product Managers across all stages of the product development process — from market and data analysis to concept creation for new launches. Assist in innovation development, coordinating the creation of supporting materials to ensure timely, successful launches. Prepare and design marketing presentations for key business meetings, ensuring high‑quality, visually consistent materials that reflect brand identity. Craft detailed design briefs for creative partners, overseeing packaging design, artwork execution, renders, and mockup creation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, etc.) to ensure seamless operational implementation of marketing initiatives. Provide cross‑category support for the marketing team through back‑office coordination — managing samples for photoshoots, events, and product inventory to ensure full availability. Qualifications Graduate contract: no more than 3 experiences after your last degree. Experience: 1‑2 years in a similar position (Intern/Apprentice). Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design, art, etc. Languages: Spanish & English mandatory; French would be a plus. Additional Requirements You are passionate and creative with strong communication skills in Spanish and English, a special sense of taste combined with strong organizational skills, and you can be flexible and reactive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
