Beauty Advisor – Tatcha & K18 – Barcelona Join to apply for the Beauty Advisor – Tatcha & K18 – Barcelona role at Unilever Prestige – UK HUB. What We Need We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast‑paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K‑18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Barcelona, with specific focus on the flagship stores that will play a key role in driving sales performance and events. Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives Generating sell‑through via selling and training Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events Conducting training for all stores in the region Performing one‑on‑one training for individuals on an ad‑hoc basis Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary Who You Are You are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving. To succeed in this position, the following qualities are paramount.
