Buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Python con al menos 3 años de experiencia , orientado/a a la creación de soluciones tecnológicas robustas y escalables. El perfil ideal combina una sólida base técnica con capacidad para trabajar en equipo y aportar valor en proyectos de desarrollo e integración de sistemas.Responsabilidades:Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones y servicios backend en Python.Participar en el análisis de requerimientos técnicos y funcionales.Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (frontend, QA, producto) para asegurar soluciones de calidad.Optimizar el rendimiento, la escalabilidad y la seguridad del software.Implementar y mantener integraciones con APIs y servicios de terceros.Documentar código y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.Requisitos:Experiencia mínima de 3 años desarrollando con Python en entornos productivos.Conocimientos en frameworks como Django, Flask o FastAPI.Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales y/o NoSQL.Buen manejo de control de versiones (Git).Capacidad de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y resolución de problemas.Valorable experiencia en entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), metodologías ágiles e inglés técnico.Oferta:Contrato indefinido.Modelo híbrido con un 50% de teletrabajo y flexibilidad horariaFormación continua y desarrollo profesional.Banda salarial: hasta 35k
