Senior SEO Manager – Raketech We are seeking a passionate, quick‑thinking Senior SEO Manager to drive our vision forward and accelerate growth in the dynamic iGaming sector. Role Summary Own and scale SEO strategy across technical, on‑page, and off‑page domains. Lead a high‑impact, cross‑functional team to deliver measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead SEO strategy: Define and deliver a clear roadmap aligned with business goals, mentor junior SEOs, and represent SEO across teams. Own technical SEO: Oversee audits, migrations, crawl/indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and international SEO. Drive content visibility: Shape keyword strategy, enforce best practices, partner with content teams to scale optimised content. Build authority: Execute high‑quality link acquisition and digital PR strategies. Reporting: Track KPIs and report performance with actionable insights. Stay current: Keep up with industry advancements and incorporate new tactics. Success Indicators Delivered a prioritized SEO roadmap aligned with business objectives. Measured improvements in technical health, content visibility, and organic traffic from high‑value keywords. Built sustainable off‑page authority and developed junior SEOs into independent contributors. Requirements 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience across technical, on‑page, and off‑page areas. Proven record in end‑to‑end SEO project management, including large‑scale site migrations. Deep technical expertise in crawl management, schema, and international SEO; demonstrated measurable organic growth. Leadership skills: ability to mentor, review, and elevate junior team members. Proficiency with SEO tools such as GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.; excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts. Nice to Have Experience in iGaming SEO. Familiarity with analytics / BI tools (Looker Studio, BigQuery). Experience with digital PR or managing external agencies/partners.
