This role is part of Zurich Insurance Group’s global TDC, focused on software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesLead the ongoing enhancement and delivery of cyber security services, ensuring processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with industry best practices.Oversee the development, maintenance, and accessibility of the Cyber Framework Controls (CFC) documentation library.Develop and manage comprehensive cyber communications strategies and deliver clear, actionable reporting and metrics to stakeholders.Identify and implement opportunities to commercialize cyber security initiatives, supporting business growth and demonstrating the value of cyber programs.Lead the creation and delivery of training programs to enhance cyber awareness and technical skills across the organization.Establish and nurture a network of Cyber Security Champions to promote best practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory inquiries, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and timely delivery of required documentation.Partner with project teams to embed cyber security considerations from project inception through delivery.Lead post‑incident reviews, capturing lessons learned from critical security events and integrating improvements into processes and training.QualificationsEducational & Professional Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Professional certifications (highly desirable): CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Security, SANS (e.g., GIAC certifications), or equivalent.Experience:Minimum of 3–7 years in cybersecurity roles, including service delivery, consulting, or professional services.Proven experience across the full project delivery lifecycle (scoping, design, implementation, handover) using structured methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Hands‑on involvement in managing and supporting delivery of cybersecurity services such as vulnerability assessments, SOC operations, IAM, GRC, or incident response.Experience with Power BI for reporting, analytics, or service performance visualisation.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR.Knowledge of threat assessment, risk management, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing fundamentals.Experience with security operations and tools: SIEM (e.g., Splunk, OpenSearch, Cribl), EDR/XDR, firewalls, IAM, and vulnerability management platforms.Familiarity with cloud security principles (AWS/Azure) and network infrastructure security.Service Delivery & Operational Skills:Ability to engage and manage client relationships as a primary point of contact.Skilled at monitoring service‑level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Proficient in preparing documentation, technical reports, proposals, and client presentations.Experience in process improvement and quality assurance within service delivery.Soft Skills & Professional Attributes:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.Collaborative team player—comfortable working with technical, sales, and product teams as well as external stakeholders.Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.Well‑organized and able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.BenefitsFlexible working model to support work‑life balance.Option to work abroad up to 25 days yearly.€300 a month for home‑office set up and additional allowance.Wide range of internal and external trainings, including English, German, and Spanish classes.Ticket restaurant and health insurance with flexibility to exchange for other benefits.Life and accident insurance.Collective life retirement plan.€2000 referral bonus.Special banking and insurance conditions plus exclusive employee discounts.Functional diversity benefits.Stock options and mortgage benefits.LocationBarcelona, PoblenouHow to ApplySend your CV in English.
