About Your New RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for technology to join our Digital Acquisition team in Barcelona. Your mission will be to implement and develop digital acquisition campaigns, maximizing customer growth at cost‑effective levels. This is a hands‑on role with opportunity for continuous development.The primary duties of this position include developing digital advertising campaigns, reviewing analytics, and making appropriate suggestions based on the resulting data.You in this role you will:Be responsible for managing performance digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Paid Search and in‑app recruitment, etc.) through end‑to‑end management of strategy, execution, optimization, and insight generation.Work cross‑functionally with members of our team, analytics, creative, and technology groups to build, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for acquisition channels. This includes A/B tests and the introduction of new operational processes.Execute media buying across several Latam and EU territories, ensuring optimizations to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI‑focus.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CR, CTR, CAC, etc.What You Will Bring To The TeamYou have experience with a track record of delivering success in a similar role.You have a strong understanding of Meta/DV360 – Google Ads or in‑app conversions landscape.You are highly numerate and comfortable using Excel to run campaign analysis and provide recommendations with demonstrable experience driving growth through testing and analysis.Advanced knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel.You have a good understanding of digital marketing KPIs.You speak fluently English.Ideally, you will also haveExperience using Facebook Business Manager (FBM) as well as leveraging other social platforms and digital channels (email marketing, affiliates, online display, MMP platforms, etc.).Experience managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.Why Netquest Is a Great Place to BeThis role gives you the chance to grow within a dynamic and innovative digital environment, working alongside experienced professionals across multiple markets.
