The Brand Ambassador is a key ambassador of the brand to the customer. They are a sales professional in the fragrance/beauty/luxury sector and ensure, with their professionalism, the service of corporate image, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. They actively contribute to store sales and the achievement of established quantitative and qualitative objectives, playing a key role within the team.What you´ll get to doEnsure a unique and unforgettable shopping experience at all times, ensuring the achievement of established Sell Out objectives, monitoring KPIs, and other indicators and store traffic metrics.Promote cross‑selling and upselling, striving to exceed objectives and ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer experience.Have a deep knowledge of all products in the assigned range and stay updated at all times.Narrate the stories and values of each of our brands.
