As a Product Development Specialist you will be responsible for applying specialized knowledge and skills to support projects, improve operations, and provide solutions within a defined area; works collaboratively with teams to ensure best practices and effective results to contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.  Be prepared to: Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to identify new product opportunities and stay updated with best practices. End-to-End Roadmap Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and prototyping to final launch, while developing and implementing solutions to functional issues. Technical & Functional Expertise: Provide specialist expertise to teams and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact between Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams on strategic projects to ensure alignment, address technical roadblocks, and maintain project momentum. Process Improvement: Analyze issues within the specialist area and implement improvements or innovative solutions to optimize development workflows and product performance. Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead product testing phases and gather feedback to ensure all features meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and quality standards. Comprehensive Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed product specifications, timelines, technical documentation, and reports related to your area of expertise. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success, impact, and profitability of new releases and improvements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is highly preferred. Creative problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail. Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
