Key ResponsibilitiesOwn, develop, and execute the SEO strategy for Bybit’s regulated websites across approved markets, ensuring sustainable organic growth within licensing and regulatory constraintsConduct keyword research, search intent mapping, and content gap analysis while respecting market‑specific compliance requirementsPartner closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure all SEO initiatives, on‑page content, metadata, and structured data comply with local regulations, disclosures, and restricted claimsCollaborate with Global SEO, Product, Engineering, Content, and external SEO agencies on:Technical SEO improvementsSite architecture and internal linking strategiesCore Web Vitals and page performance optimisationOptimise content discoverability while adhering to mandatory risk warnings, DISCLAIMERS, and approved messaging frameworksDefine and maintain SEO governance, best practices, and documentation for regulated marketsMonitor search algorithm updates, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in regulated crypto and financial services marketsProactively identify SEO risks and opportunities specific to regulated search environments, including SERP feature limitations and advertising restrictionsReporting, Measurement & Performance ImprovementOwn SEO performance reporting for regulated markets, tracking KPIs such as organic traffic, rankings, indexation, crawl health, Core Web Vitals, and conversions (where permitted)Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports for internal stakeholders, translating SEO performance into clear business and compliance‑safe insightsAnalyse performance trends and identify actionable opportunities for continuous improvement, including content optimisation, technical fixes, and UX enhancementsRun SEO experiments and tests (where compliant), measure impact, and scale successful initiatives across marketsForecast organic performance and support market expansion planning with data‑driven SEO insightsReport on the impact of regulatory or algorithmic changes and recommend mitigation strategiesMonitor the impact of LLM‑powered and AI‑driven search features on organic visibility in regulated marketsOptimise content structure, metadata, and authority signals to support discoverability in AI‑assisted search results, where permittedEnsure AI‑assisted SEO workflows follow regulatory, licensing, and content governance requirementsRequirements5–6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, ideally within regulated industries such as crypto, fintech, financial services, gambling, or trading platformsStrong technical SEO and expertise, including experience with large‑scale, multi‑market and multi‑language websitesProven experience working within compliance‑driven content creation and approval workflowsStrong analytical skills with experience using SEO and analytics tools (e.g. Google Search Console, GA, crawling tools, rank tracking platforms)Highly detail‑oriented, with the ability to balance growth objectives and regulatory riskComfortable working cross‑functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teamsAble to operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑scrutiny, and rapidly evolving regulatory environmentsFamiliarity with LLM‑influenced search ecosystems and AI‑assisted SEO workflows, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, governance, and complianceSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionMarketing, Advertising, and Writing/EditingIndustriesMarketing Services, Financial Services, and Technology, Information and Media#J-18808-Ljbffr
