Ihre Aufgaben Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von SAP PP/PPDS-Lösungen für die Produktionsplanung und Feinterminierung Optimierung von Planungsabläufen und Verbesserung der Termintreue im Einklang mit den Geschäftsanforderungen Zusammenarbeit mit den SAP MM-, SD- und EWM-Teams, um eine synchronisierte Planung der Lieferkette zu ermöglichen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der pharmazeutischen Vorschriften durch Validierungsaktivitäten in PP/PPDS Leitung von Projektinitiativen für das Produktionskapazitätsmanagement und die Planungsoptimierung Überwachung der Systemleistung und Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung Einbringen von Fachwissen in große Transformationsprogramme mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP Supply Chain Planning Ihr Profil Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Fertigung, IT, Supply Chain oder einer verwandten Disziplin Mindestens 4 Jahre Prozesskenntnisse in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung innerhalb von Lieferketten Mindestens 4 Jahre Systemkenntnisse in SAP PP und PPDS Vertrautheit mit der Konfiguration von SAP S/4HANA und fortgeschrittenen Planungssystemen ist von Vorteil Frühere Erfahrungen in regulierten Branchen wie Pharma oder Lebensmittel/Getränke Praktische Erfahrung mit Kapazitätsplanungs- und Optimierungssystemen Ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Arbeitsabläufe zu verwalten Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen, funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Matrixorganisationen Proaktiver und strukturierter Ansatz mit der Fähigkeit, bei mehreren Projekten Prioritäten zu setzen Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten zur Konfliktlösung Fließende Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zum Reisen Warum bei uns?
