We’re partnering with a fast-growing social sports mobile gaming company to hire a Senior Product Manager who will shape and scale engaging, data-driven mobile experiences at the intersection of sports, gaming, and social interaction.In this role, you’ll own the product roadmap across multiple game modes, including Career Mode , Social Casino (Sweepstakes) , and DFS-style Pick’Em , driving engagement, retention, and monetization, while working closely with engineering, design, data, and live-ops teams. You’ll turn player insights and market trends into impactful features, lead experimentation, and optimize key KPIs such as DAU, ARPU, LTV, and conversion.This opportunity is ideal for a product leader with strong mobile experience, a passion for sports, and a proven ability to balance short-term growth with long-term product vision.Main ResponsibilitiesOwn and prioritize the product roadmap across multiple game modes and verticalsTranslate user insights, data, and business goals into clear product requirementsWork closely with engineering, design, data, and live-ops teams to deliver features at scaleLead experimentation and iteration using KPIs such as activation, retention, conversion, and churnEnsure coherence across free-to-play mechanics, social features, and monetization systemsTrack and optimize key product metrics including DAU, MAU, ARPU, LTV, and viralityCommunicate product vision, roadmap, and results to internal stakeholdersMust-Have Requirements5+ years of experience in product management for mobile games, social apps, or sports/gaming platformsProven experience shipping and scaling consumer-facing mobile productsStrong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to drive decisionsExcellent communication skills with both technical xsgfvud and non-technical stakeholdersDeep user empathy and passion for building engaging, fun, and social experiencesStrong interest in sports and understanding of fan behaviorNice to HaveExperience with free-to-play economies, progression systems, or live-opsExposure to real-money gaming, fantasy sports, sweepstakes, or regulated gaming environmentsHands-on experience with A/B testing and monetization optimizationBackground in game design fundamentals (competition, rewards, prediction systems)Experience working in fast-scaling, cross-functional, and international teams#J-18808-Ljbffr
