Your Functions
The mission of this position is to guarantee an agile process, take care of the safety of its collaborators, the proper functioning of the machinery and that the items comply with quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Control and coordination of the lines of the different manufacturing shifts, ensuring compliance with KPIs in terms of occupational safety, quality, service and cost.
  2. Report documents on the status of production line such as performance, problem, improvement, issue, all KPI etc.
  3. Responsible for continuous improvement processes. Proposal and execution of process improvement and corrective actions, to deviations from the process.
  4. Lead and develop your team.
  5. Identify and implement productive improvements based on Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, standardization, high-performance meetings...)
  6. Plan, lead and monitor the execution of projects related to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing, coordinating and supervising the tasks to be executed.
  7. Maintain an efficient and safe work environment, promoting cooperation and mutual respect.

Position Requisites

  • Education: Engineering
  • Languages: English: B2
  • Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in a similar position.

- Decisive person, with high analytical, proactive and results-oriented capacity.

- High leadership skills and team leadership.

- Advanced Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.

- Preferred for English speaker.

- Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations.
