Product Manager /Owner – Renewable Energy Software Join to apply for the Product Manager /Owner – Renewable Energy Software role at QBi Solutions We are looking for a Product Manager/Owner with 5+ years of experience . Main Responsibilities Convert product concepts and customer asks into detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria, UX flows, analytics events, and edge cases, and communicate them to the engineering and design teams. Drive day‑to‑day delivery with engineering: resolve ambiguities fast, manage dependencies, and de‑risk scope. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance. Develop and maintain product documentation, including internal release notes, functional specifications and user guides. Monitor product performance and make data‑driven decisions to improve product metrics. Author and socialize internal release notes; coordinate enablement with Sales/CS/Marketing; ensure docs and user guides are updated by release. Your Profile Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or renewable tech sectors. Demonstrated success in leading product development cycles and launching successful products. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable in a small, intense, and high‑growth start‑up environment. Suitable Skills Experience in the renewable energy or sustainability industry. Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles. Familiarity with UX/UI design and development processes.
