Junior Manager, Corporate & Special Programs SELAJoin IE University’s Lifelong Learning Department to coordinate corporate and special programs from definition to final delivery, focusing on Executive Education for corporate partners.Why IE University?With 50 years of innovation, IE University blends real‑world experience with hands‑on learning, fostering positive change through education, research, and entrepreneurship.Your roleCreate program proposals for corporate partners, gathering faculty input and defining structure and timelines.Coordinate program definition and delivery, maintaining continuous communication with clients.Plan and coordinate internal teams, faculty, and academic directors to align stakeholders.Prepare operational and logistics, ensuring all platforms and materials are ready; edit marketing materials as needed.Deliver programs, ensuring materials are available and monitoring progress, supporting adjustments.Contribute to process improvements, enhancing internal processes, templates, dashboards, and technology tools.QualificationsBachelor’s degree is highly recommended.Fluent in Spanish (native) and English.Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer‑oriented style.Comfortable with digital tools and open to new technologies.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resources efficiently.BenefitsFull‑time position in Madrid – María de Molina.
