We are looking for a detail-oriented, goal-driven individual with foundational knowledge in HVAC, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The role requires agility, trustworthiness with confidential information, and comfort in a rapidly changing environment.Thermal Works focuses on providing an integrated cooling system for data centers and commercial buildings that reduces energy demand, water consumption, and the cost of cooling. Our solutions aim to outperform traditional air- and water-cooled systems in any climate and deliver sustainable results.Thermal Works is part of Endeavour Energy LLC and operates within a collaborative ecosystem of motivated people dedicated to sustainable infrastructure and positive impact.Key Responsibilities Participate in a comprehensive training program at Thermal Works U.S. headquarters.Manage preventive maintenance and service schedules.Perform on-site quality control for the installation of Thermal Works products.Perform all preventive maintenance and service needs for clients.Be available to take emergency issues when on call.Monitor service software to ensure services are met on a timely schedule.Collaborate with different departments within the company for product development and improvement.Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of Thermal Works equipment.Travel approximately 75% within Spain.Education / Experience F-Gas Category I Certification (EC Regulation No. 517/2014) is required for handling fluorinated gases.35 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure (data centers, healthcare, or industrial facilities).Experience with chillers and CRAH units (installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting).Familiarity with EU safety standards, pressure equipment directives (PED), and EN 378 refrigeration safety norms.Capable of diagnostics, repairs, and system optimizations in live environments.Specific Skills / Abilities Baseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components.Knowledge of hydronic systems.Ability to effectively troubleshoot HVAC systems.Understanding of refrigeration theory and hands-on applied sciences.Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).Ability to read drawings at a basic level.Able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day.Great Place to Work A fast-paced entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation.
