NTT DATA is looking for a senior/manager profile who can connect business goals with Data & AI solutions—owning the vision, roadmap, and operating model to scale value. You will act as a translator between business and technology , partnering with C-level leaders and cross-functional teams to prioritize use cases, ensure adoption, and manage risk (including ethics, privacy, and security). Postgraduate courses in AI/Analytics/Digital Transformation are a plus. Experience: 3+ years in consulting or internal roles defining and executing Data & AI/Analytics strategy, leading initiatives and teams, and serving as the business–tech bridge. Experience in one or more of: Automotive, Life Sciences, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Services/Infrastructure, or Travel–Transport–Leisure (HTTL) Core Competences: Strategic consulting, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap design. Stakeholder management and C-level communication; storytelling and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Dash/Streamlit for effective communication). Solid fundamentals of ML/GenAI to assess approaches (not a hands development role). Functional knowledge of Python/SQL to understand solutions and validate hypotheses. Agile / Lean Product (discovery, backlog, value tracking); working knowledge of Data Governance. Advanced English Nice to Have: GenAI experience (LLMs, RAG, copilots), prompt engineering, and model quality measurement. Process Mining and optimization/metaheuristics.
