Entertainment Manager – Canary Islands Join Acttiv as an Entertainment Manager in the Canary Islands, leading a team of entertainers to deliver top‑notch leisure activities in one of Spain’s most celebrated tourist destinations. Job Description On the islands you will head up the entertainment program—including daytime and evening activities—working closely with the area coordinator and supporting our guests in a permanent summer locale that sees constant tourist activity. You’ll be responsible for organising schedules, reporting to Acttiv, maintaining quality, supporting your team, and upholding the company’s quality policy. Your Responsibilities Launching the programme of daytime and evening activities. Organising the schedules of the entertainers (teams of 1‑28). Reporting information on entertainment activities to Acttiv. Following Acttiv’s quality policy. Being aware of the needs of your team’s entertainers. Attending and receiving training provided by the company. Participating in meetings with other entertainment leaders in your area. Monitoring time recording. Obtain positive reviews to improve the online reputation of the establishment. Qualifications At least one season as head of entertainment. Excellent Spanish and English; other languages welcome. Valued education in tourism or related fields. Good command of office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. At least one year of availability from the start date. We also value dynamic, creative, organised, resolute, leadership‑skilled and innovative individuals. What We Offer Accommodation (single room) or your own, with €172.90 net deducted monthly if used. Meals included in the staff canteen. Two days off per week. Acttiv contract: permanent seasonal. Mutual insurance for accidents at work and civil liability during working hours. Social Security. 30 calendar days holiday per year. Help with registration in the Spanish contribution system. Additionally, Acttiv offers a career path, continuous training, support from area coordinator and HR, an extensive library of activities, possibility to move between destinations, and the Leaders Level Up trip for those leading three or more entertainers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
