European Blockchain Convention and its satellite events have been bringing together institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers from the ecosystem since 2018. We are looking for a B2 B Events Marketing Manager with a strong results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of B2 B marketing and the customer journey for both sponsors and attendees. This is a key, hands-on role with high impact, owning the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to drive audience growth, lead generation, revenue and ticket sales across our events. Design, execute, and optimize the B2 B marketing strategy for events, aligned with revenue, lead generation, and brand positioning goals. Drive audience growth, sponsorship and ticket sales, and qualified lead generation. Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across email marketing, social media, paid media, partnerships, and organic channels. Own the newsletter and email marketing calendar, including B2 B segmentation and audience-specific personalization. Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to build nurturing flows, lead scoring, and lifecycle communications for sponsors and attendees. Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Content, and Operations teams to maximize conversion, sponsor value, and on-site execution. BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field 4+ years experience in B2 B marketing, ideally within events, Saa S, media, or similar environments. Solid understanding of the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem. Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, CRMs). Data-driven and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and deadlines. Hands-on, autonomous profile with strong execution skills.
