About the opportunity As N26 expands, the complexity of our regulatory environment grows with us. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic partner to our Risk & Compliance leadership. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles, serving as the bridge between the external talent market and our internal business goals. Your Impact: Strategic Advisory: act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, providing market insights and talent mapping to ensure we remain competitive. Pipeline Generation: proactively build diverse talent pipelines for specialised roles through innovative sourcing methods and networking. Process Excellence: rigorous management of our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity and using metrics to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process. Candidate Advocacy: champion an inclusive and transparent candidate journey, ensuring every applicant receives a world-class experience regardless of the outcome. Project Work: contribute to strategic projects that enhance TA efficiency, candidate experience, stakeholder and team effectiveness. Coaching: Build capability through coaching hiring managers and mentoring junior team members. What you need to be successful: You take ownershipYou don't wait for instructions. You know your conversion rates and time-to-fill metrics inside out. BackgroundExperience hiring for Risk & Compliance roles in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech. Agency background or in-house experience in a scaling environment.English fluency is required. German is a huge plus.
