Our mission is to enhance the comfort and efficiency of marine environments while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.About the RoleThe role involves the installation and maintenace of marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems to the superyacht industryResponsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and Cooling Equipment on board vessels in the yachting industry,- Independently perform complex services, repair and maintenance procedures, and commission installations.- Troubleshoot the source of failures and fix malfunctions.- Manage internal ordering of proper parts to fix technical malfunctions.- Ensuring a safe working environment.Qualifications- A degree/diploma/certification in a technical field is preferred.:eg: Air Conditioning Rite Certification Spain- Applicants should hold an F gas (Gases Fluorados)Required Skills- Strong technical knowledge of marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems- Excellent problem-solving skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentPay range and compensation package- A competitive salary depending on experience.- 22 Workdays leave per year.- Ongoing training will be provided.
