We are looking for Software Engineers with at least 4 years of experience in software development projects, with fluent French, very passionate intechnology and interested to be involved in a high-tech talent ecosystem, multicultural environment, and in an active and dynamic and open-minded culture. Senior Software Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining and optimizing Java-based applications.In Agile environments. You will collaborate in defining and refining software architecture and design patterns. In our teams, a Software Engineer applies scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. He/she collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. The Software Engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in our internal Professional Communities. As Senior Software Engineer you can also play Leading role in your team in technical matters. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding and design. Help the team identify pending workin a project. Participate in the technical impact study that leads to the drafting of the budget. Developing and maintaining Software: Create and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java, TypeScriptand related technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver robust software solutions. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software engineering practices. Proposeimprovements in application development YOUR PROFILE fully competent in it's own area and has a deep understanding of related programming concepts software design and software development principles. Works autonomously with minimal supervision. Able to act as a key contributor in a complex environment, lead the activities of a team for software design and software development. Able to assess and adapt to project issues, formulate innovative solutions, work under pressure and drive team to succeed against its technical and commercial goals. Aware of profitability needs and may manage costs for specific project/work area. Motivates other team members and creates informal networks with key contacts outside own area. Software Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies such as Scrum. Technical Knowledge: SOAP, REST, MAVEN, JSP, HTML, PL SQL. Database Management: Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL. Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging using tools like JUnit and Mockito. Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git, GitLab, GitHub. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
