Apply today Pharmalex, a Cencora company, is looking for a Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs to join the team, remote based in Spain. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong client relationships and help drive opportunities for increased service support to Line Manager. Participate in regulatory processes to gain and maintain marketing authorizations for human and veterinary medicinal products (applications, renewals, variations) including medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements, and herbal products. Prepare, review, and compile documents within the framework of regulatory affairs projects. Communicate with clients and Health Authorities. Support scientific advice procedures and represent clients with health authorities. Plan and execute client projects in accordance with KPIs. Coordinate project teams with colleagues and external partners. Provide guidance on Regulatory Strategy and Procedure Management to colleagues and clients. Develop and share regulatory intelligence and expertise. Present seminars and lectures for colleagues, clients, and professional audiences. Support VDC strategy implementation and internal process optimization. Provide operational support and contribute to business development activities. Oversee project delivery and manage invoicing queries. Provide on-site regulatory support to GCS clients as agreed. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager/Practice Area Lead/Head of VDC REG. Lead and coach direct reports, conduct evaluations, and support their development. Education & Experience: University degree in Life Science. Proven professional experience in the area of responsibility with extensive knowledge of the discipline. Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements: Translate strategic goals into tactical goals and milestones. Work in a structured, analytical, and independent manner. Lead project reengineering and change management activities. Mentor and motivate staff. Manage internal and external relationships effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish. What Cencora Offers: Benefits vary by country and are aligned with local practices.
