Rol: Soporte Técnico en UX y Gestión de Contenidos Ubicación: Madrid, España Uno de nuestros clientes en el sector de viajes está buscando un perfil encargado de la experiencia de usuario y la gestión de contenidos para sus canales digitales. Las responsabilidades del candidato serán: Perfil orientado al diseño, UX y maquetación. Definición, diseño y maquetación de páginas web y correos electrónicos. Implementación de mejoras y actualizaciones en la plataforma e-Commerce. Redacción de contenidos en español con alta calidad. Colaboración con el equipo de marketing para diseñar, entregar y ejecutar campañas de marketing. Análisis de datos y métricas para optimizar el rendimiento de la plataforma e-Commerce. Soporte técnico y resolución de problemas relacionados con la plataforma. Experiencia en maquetación web y correos electrónicos. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes unidades de negocio. Adaptabilidad a un entorno dinámico y en constante cambio. Enfoque proactivo y orientado a resultados. Creación de maquetaciones: HTML y CSS. Experiencia con Sigma y Photoshop. Tener un portafolio de diseño propio será un criterio significativo para la evaluación. Experiencia Previa Experiencia previa en roles similares, preferiblemente en la industria aeronáutica, sitios e-Commerce o startups. Conocimientos en marketing digital, especialmente en estrategias para aplicaciones móviles. Habilidades avanzadas en maquetación web, familiaridad con las últimas tendencias en diseño. Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos. Proactividad, creatividad y pasión por la innovación digital. #J-18808-Ljbffr
