Embark on a thrilling career opportunity with our company, contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art aircraft manufacturing facility in Sevilla. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain work instructions and planning documents in collaboration with our headquarters team Estimate production times and calculate costs associated with manufacturing operations Manage production planning and control processes, including material coordination, order release, and technical completion Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of structural assembly operations Initiate and introduce construction or process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity Moderate problem-solving activities between engineering, quality, and shopfloor teams Collaborate with the engineering department to optimize producibility of aerostructures and related optimizations Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience; a Master's degree is highly desirable Proficient user knowledge of SAP, PLM software (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter), CAD, and MS Office applications Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and a commitment to implementing them in daily work Strong proficiency in English language (C1 level); Spanish language skills are also required (C1 level); German language skills would be advantageous Availability to work abroad for the initial 6 months Willingness to contribute to the start-up phase of our new factory and adapt to a dynamic environment with structured communication What We Offer: A collaborative, international team and opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects Support for professional development and growth opportunities within our company The chance to be part of something significant: contributing to the establishment and success of our new facility in Sevilla Career advancement opportunities within our company and its broader network A supportive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and encourages leadership
