Talent Acquisition Specialist (English proficiency)Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (English proficiency) role at Craft Worldwide in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain.OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting the best and brightest future talent across all agency disciplines. You will report to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead in Spain.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all phases of the recruiting and hiring cycle, including consulting with hiring manager to determine and conduct needs analysis, position requirements and develop a recruiting strategy. Post positions on various sites using an ATS, source candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews. Track status, prepare offer letters, ensure background checks completed and prepare on-boarding schedule. Ensure all positions are filled within established metrics. Continuously explore alternative staffing, sourcing, and selection techniques to align with industry best practices.Develop, analyze, track and report recruiting and turnover metrics to measure effectiveness, implement changes or other best practices. Analyse recruiting policies and practices recommending changes as appropriate. Prepare and distribute accurate and timely monthly and ad hoc reporting.Partner with and provide guidance to Hiring Managers on writing effective job descriptions, researching market appropriate rates, utilizing proper interview techniques, and compliance with state, federal and company guidelines.Manage recruiting vendors, temporary staffing needs, agencies and accounts, negotiate pricing/terms and review invoices.Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively attract, evaluate, network and hire the best candidates.Manage the hiring process by acting as an advocate for both managers and candidates, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through, and provide coaching to hiring managers.Represent yourself in a positive and professional manner in the agency and community.Pipeline prospective candidates for future hiring needs.What We’d Like To See2 years of recruiting experience.
