What You’ll Do Partner with ALM segment leaders and field marketing teams to design and execute global and regional go‑to‑market programs. Plan digital marketing initiatives, including webinars, paid campaigns, virtual events, and third‑party promotions. Review market data and competitive positioning to recommend messaging and content updates. Measure and report on program performance to drive optimization and inform decision‑making. Align closely with sales teams to ensure marketing is driving qualified opportunities and supporting pipeline goals. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and flawless campaign execution. Who You Are / What You’ll Bring You’re a proactive marketer who understands how to turn strategy into execution and data into insight. You take pride in producing high‑quality work, excel in managing multiple initiatives, and enjoy the challenge of connecting complex technology to business value. You’ll also bring: 2–5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, engineering, or manufacturing technology. Strong project management and communication skills, with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration. Familiarity with marketing analytics and GenAI platforms or interest in developing deep expertise in them. A results‑driven mindset with comfort analyzing marketing impact and adjusting strategies accordingly.
