Our Join us and you will work with a very strong team consisted of experts in the field of regulatory, toxicology, exposure and risk assessment across all disciplines alongside wider European and Global teams.Role responsibilitiesProvide a high-quality consultancy service in toxicology risk assessment to clients and to other ERM staff to meet regulatory and business needs :Understand clients’ desired outcomes and work collaboratively to ensure deliverables meet quality standardsWork closely with clients and respond to specific questions on toxicologyContribute to the commercial growth of the business through supporting senior colleagues in the wider business development activities such as client visits, conferences, and expert groups relevant to expert area, as appropriateUndertake evaluation and summarisation of toxicology data, toxicolological risk assessments and toxicology study monitoring, with a focus on the requirements of the REACH RegulationEnsure awareness of the latest developments in all areas of toxicology and toxicological risk assessmentWork closely with other ERM technical experts to maintain awareness of projects and general issuesEnsure that projects are delivered on time and to budget and that goals are aligned to desired project resultsDevelop expertise in new EU regulatory developments according to the requirements of the businessUndertake other scientific and administrative tasks on occasion, where this benefits the business as a wholeSkills & experience requirement :Educated to at least degree level within Biology, Toxicology or a related fieldProven experience in conducting toxicological risk assessmentsWorking knowledge of relevant EU regulations and guidelines, including EU data requirements for toxicology studiesDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplinesExperienced in the preparation and support of dossiers using appropriate software (IUCLID, CHESAR, ECETOC TRA) with a focus on REACH submissionsStrong commitment to delivering high quality work that exceeds clients’ expectationsStrong commitment to safety, including following established Health and Safety protocolsExcellent communicator (written / verbal) with the ability to listen, organise and prioritiseProficiency in tox statistical analysis software is preferablePrevious experience of working in a contract research organisation (CRO) is desirable but not essentialExperience in non‑EU regulatory requirements (Lat.
