Role DescriptionWe are still looking for top talent. Join our Regulatory and Compliance technology team as a Service Desk Incident Analyst . The role involves participating in incident management for a banking client. The position requires a high level of English and onsite presence at the client's office in Malaga three days a week.Mandatory Requirements3 years of experience in customer-focused IT or banking fieldsPrevious experience in Incident Management (preferable)Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference callsKnowledge of IT service management software and ITILExperience with Office 365 and competence in ExcelDegree in a relevant subjectEnglish level C1SkillsGood communication skills and initiativeAbility to collaborate with team membersAbility to work under pressureOther RequirementsThis is a 24×7 service.
