What you will do Design software algorithms for ECM/hEVC systems based on project needs. Create software specifications aligned with internal standards and architectures. Develop functional and dysfunctional validation plans. Perform MIL (Model-in-Loop) validation, deliver test cases and reports. Provide documentation and pre-calibration datasets for tuning teams. Prepare technical reports and communicate progress to stakeholders. Conduct activities related to SW conception, validation, and problem analysis. What we're looking for A proven track record in embedded software design and model-based development (Matlab-Simulink). Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Automatics, Computers, Electronics preferred). Excellent skills in validation methods for embedded SW and technical reporting. Strong competencies in problem-solving and collaboration, with a multicultural approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
