Main responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages – Craft high-quality coffee, tea, and other drinks with precision, ensuring great presentation and fast service. Customer experience & service – Advise customers on the menu, recommend options, and create a warm, personalized experience. Cash handling & order management – Process payments, manage orders, and ensure accurate billing. Workstation & equipment maintenance – Keep the workspace clean and organized, restock supplies, and ensure coffee machines and tools are in top condition. Teamwork & coordination – Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth and efficient service, adapting to the needs of the business.
