Our team of 700+ people operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.How we work: we have a set of cultural values that guide our approach to work, including a focus on member health, excellence, growth, collaboration, and fast but disciplined execution.What you’ll do Build provider-facing platforms that streamline healthcare operations and create seamless experiences for thousands of medical professionals across Spain.Ship AI-powered tools that help members navigate healthcare — from booking doctor appointments to finding the right specialist.Create delightful mobile and web experiences that put members in control of their health journey.Build global-first infrastructure designed for reusability across multiple markets to support Alan’s international expansion.Own critical product decisions as a domain expert, from system design to roadmap prioritization.Innovate on healthcare delivery by building tools that bridge insurance, providers, and members as part of a vertically integrated health partner.We have offices in Madrid and Barcelona, with Alaners working remotely from other cities in Spain.What we’re looking for You’ll tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers.You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to facilitate collaboration across teams.You’ll have the opportunity to mentor engineers and lead crews.You’ll contribute to hiring and shape the candidate experience.Well-versed in Object Oriented Programming such as Python, Java, C#, and enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern JavaScript.Willing to work in Python/JavaScript (experience with both not required).Passionate about building products. Self-starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and eager to grow. Collaborative and eager to learn and teach.Fluent in English.For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C-F level range.
