About The Role Due to continuous growth, our Finance Team is excited to welcome a motivated Financial Controller to help us strengthen our financial processes and support the company's strategic growth. As a Financial Controller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and control across all operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll build tools, dashboards, and workflows to enhance efficiency, transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making within the organization. If you're passionate about financial management, process optimization, and leveraging data to improve performance, this is the perfect opportunity for you Your Mission Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Build dashboards and tools that enable the controlling team and cross‑functional partners to self‑service their data needs whenever possible Design and develop data processing workflows that adhere to company standards and meet audit and compliance requirements Prepare technical documentation to standardize data and support follow‑up processes Coordinate with project managers to ensure proper procedures are followed for data applications Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal procedures Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in a financial department, ideally in a controlling role Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel), including advanced functions and macros Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and Qlik Knowledge of SQL and JavaScript Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement measures Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering accurate, timely results Dynamic, proactive, and results‑oriented personality Flexible and eager to learn in a fast‑changing environment Benefits Growth and career development At Leadtech, we prioritize your growth.
