Overview Marketing and Advertising Copywriter – EN language. We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Advertising Copywriter to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you love crafting compelling messages, shaping brand voice, and working across multiple formats—from digital integrated campaigns and paid ads to social media and CRM—this role is for you. You’ll also collaborate with the wider Copy & Localisation team to adapt and localise content for different markets, ensuring consistency, tone, and cultural relevance across touchpoints. The job in brief: Job Title: Marketing and Advertising Copywriter – EN language Working model: hybrid from Madrid / full-remote from Spain Team: Content & Creative within the Engagement department Level: Professional, reporting to: Senior Copywriter Location: Madrid, Spain Contract: Permanent full-time 36 h/week Responsibilities Create persuasive, value-driven copy for multi-channel campaigns (email, display, push, social) to boost performance. Optimize content across touchpoints (landing pages, CRM, microcopy) to improve engagement and conversions. Adapt and localise content for different markets, ensuring both consistency and local relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable messaging that enhances the customer journey. Qualifications Your expertise: 2+ years of experience as a Marketing/Advertising copywriter with a portfolio focused on digital campaigns. Native-level English, with outstanding grammar and stylistic instincts. Proven ability to write short, snappy, and effective copy across formats. Experience working in international/multi-market environments is a plus. A keen eye for tone of voice, detail, and brand storytelling. Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects. AI experience focused on scalability, templates, and quick go-to-market. Knowledge of SEO, UX writing or localisation workflows is a bonus. Good knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish for translation/transcreation purposes.
